Get to Know Me

Hello, my name is Eulenda Lebese-Cussons. I am the CEO and owner of a law firm and real estate agency, and a qualified Property Attorney, Notary, and Conveyancer. I hold a Bachelor of Laws degree, having graduated at the top of my class.

I have specialised in Real Estate at a Global law firm, and served nearly a decade at the Office of the Chief State Law Advisor prior to joining BigLaw.

In the first year of opening my firm Lebese-Cussons Attorneys Inc., I successfully negotiated a complicated purchase of a property in Spain worth R38 million.

In 2024, I achieved notable successes, including the handling of all transactional aspects of Cheslin Kolbe's property portfolio. In the same year I also partnered with Investec on their out of the ordinary campaign. I've recently had the opportunity of working on an ongoing bond registration securing a loan in excess of R500 million.

My team and I are dedicated to assisting our clients and are eager to help you as well.
